- To discuss the imaging findings that may help in the differentiation between pancreatic adenocarcinoma and chronic pancreatitis with a focal inflammatory mass Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and its variants are the most common tumors in the pancreas, representing 85- 90% of all pancreatic neoplasms.
