Arthroscopic reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) is being performed with increasing frequency, particularly in young athletes. To review the MRI features of post-arthroscopic surgery for ACL reconstruction. To describe expected ?normal? findings and discuss potential complications.
